We are excited to offer you a monthly subscription for our bespoke training plans.
This subscription sits in between our bespoke online coaching (from £100 per months) and our one off bespoke training plans (from £75).
The subscription is a rolling one month plan, at the end of each block we look back at your progress and training before writing the next month ahead.
How it works:
Following initial contact we will ask you to fill in detailed questionnaires which allow us to gather information about your running history, current fitness levels, target times, goals, terrain you have available for training and also very importantly, the time you have available for training.
The training plan will be written on Training Peaks, if you don’t have an account we will create a free login for you.
Your plan will be tailored to you using the information provided through the questionnaires and the run test so it is important to include as much detail as possible and complete the test to the best of your ability.
What’s included:
- One month of detailed training plan built around you, targeting your goal.
- Free Training Peaks account.
- Training manual including strength, stretching and nutrition advice.
- Pre plan fitness test.
Please note no feedback or analysis will be given on training sessions, or contact via phone calls/emails as this is whats offered in the online coaching.
If you would like to discuss your progression, training or race with one of our coaches this can be arranged for an extra cost of £35 (30min call).
